Precision Environmental was engaged by Unlimited Commercial Constructions to carry out asbestos removal works at the Elwood Angling Club as part of ongoing renovations.
The initial scope involved removing asbestos cement eaves from the exterior of the building. During demolition works upstairs, additional asbestos-containing material was discovered within the ceiling void. We responded promptly to reattend site, safely remove the ceiling materials, and complete a full internal asbestos clean-up.
All works were carried out under our Class B licence, in full compliance with WorkSafe Victoria and EPA requirements. A hygienist provided clearance certification at the completion of the job.
