Fast Quotes and Site Visits Available

Not sure what you’re dealing with? Send us your asbestos audit or some photos and we’ll provide a detailed quote, usually within 24 hours. If needed, we’ll come out for a site visit at no cost.

If you don’t have an audit yet, we can also organise asbestos testing before quoting.

When You Should Book Asbestos Testing

You should arrange asbestos testing if:

  • You’re planning a renovation or demolition
  • You’re buying or selling an older property
  • The site has been fire, storm, or flood affected
  • You need to comply with workplace health and safety rules
  • You’ve found suspicious material in walls, ceilings, or soil

Common Areas and Materials We Test

  • Eaves, ceilings, and internal wall linings
  • Roof sheets, gutters, and downpipes
  • Vinyl floor tiles and black adhesive (blackjack)
  • Pipe lagging, insulation, and duct wrap
  • Bathroom tile backing boards
  • Contaminated topsoil and fill material

What Types of Asbestos Do We Remove?

We manage all types of asbestos removal, including:

  • Friable asbestos (loose insulation, pipe lagging, spray coatings)
  • Non-friable asbestos (AC sheeting, vinyl tiles, eaves, fences)
  • Asbestos-contaminated soil (Class A, B and C)
  • Asbestos from fire-damaged buildings and demolition sites
  • Switchboards, fuse boxes and electrical panels
  • Insulated boilers, plant rooms and commercial mechanical systems
  • Old roof sheets, wall linings and wet area sheeting

If it’s asbestos, we know how to handle it.

Where We Remove Asbestos

We’ve carried out asbestos removal work in just about every setting:

  • Residential homes
  • Warehouses and factories
  • Schools and kindergartens
  • Hospitals and aged care
  • Office buildings and retail spaces
  • Council and government assets
  • Large-scale demolition and remediation sites

We’ve done everything from basic eave panel removals to full hospital clean-outs and contaminated soil jobs under EPA watch.

Our Process – Safe, Legal and Compliant

Every asbestos job starts with a proper plan. We’ll isolate the area, set up containment (if needed), run negative air pressure, wear correct PPE, and remove the asbestos material carefully without disturbing fibres. All waste is double-wrapped, labelled, and taken away using EPA-licensed trucks with full waste tracking documentation.

Once the work is complete, we organise independent hygienists to conduct air monitoring or clearance certificates if required.

We follow all relevant codes and hold insurance for everything we do.
