Precision Environmental was engaged by Elite 1 Group to complete asbestos removal works at Mount Pleasant Primary School in regional Victoria. The job was carried out over four days and required careful planning to ensure safety around the live school environment.
Our team removed asbestos-containing mastic bonded to the brickwork, as well as asbestos cement (AC) sheeting from the canopies and eaves around the school buildings. All work zones were clearly marked, and asbestos controls were implemented to prevent any risk to staff or students.
Works were carried out under our Class B asbestos licence and in full accordance with WorkSafe Victoria and EPA regulations. All hazardous waste was securely transported to a licensed disposal facility.
The job was completed on time and without disruption to school operations.
