Precision Environmental was engaged by Form 700 to carry out asbestos removal and internal demolition works at a two-storey residential building in Hawthorn. The job ran for four days and involved both roof removal and structural ceiling demolition in a confined roof cavity.
Our team safely removed asbestos cement (AC) sheeting from the main roof and laundry area using approved Class B asbestos removal procedures. We also demolished the second-storey plaster ceiling directly beneath the asbestos roof to allow for upcoming works.
During the process, we identified and removed asbestos-contaminated soil from the surrounding areas and ensured all waste was wrapped, tracked, and disposed of at an EPA-licensed facility.
All works were completed under our Class B licence and fully compliant with WorkSafe Victoria asbestos removal regulations.
If you’re planning internal demolition or roof works on a property with asbestos, Precision Environmental can get the job done safely and efficiently with full documentation and no corners cut.
