Precision Environmental was brought in by ARC Projects to carry out emergency asbestos removal works at a fire-damaged commercial property in the heart of Williamstown. The job was completed in one week as part of an insurance restoration package.
Following the fire, our team responded quickly to assess and manage the clean-up of both friable and non-friable asbestos debris that had spread throughout the structure. We established asbestos control zones, used HEPA vacuums and wet methods, and removed all affected materials under strict Class A and B licence conditions.
All contaminated waste was double-wrapped, labelled, and transported by licensed asbestos disposal contractors to an approved EPA facility. We worked closely with the builder and insurer to ensure the site was cleared safely and ready for make-safe works.
