Precision Environmental was engaged by TIC Group to carry out a large-scale asbestos remediation project at their operational facility on Sunshine Road, Tottenham. The job ran over three months and involved working in a complex, fire and water-damaged warehouse without disrupting live factory operations.
Our scope included the removal of asbestos cement roofing and a full clean-up of widespread asbestos-contaminated dust throughout the building. The challenge on this job was maintaining safe separation between live operational zones and the asbestos work area, which we managed using engineered enclosures, negative air systems, and staged removal methods.
All works were performed under our Class A and B licences and in full compliance with WorkSafe Victoria and EPA regulations. Waste was securely bagged, tracked, and transported to a licensed facility.
This job required careful planning, daily coordination with factory management, and strict safety procedures, all delivered without incident or operational downtime.
