Precision Environmental was engaged by Harwood Andrews to complete full methamphetamine remediation works at a large warehouse in Coburg North. The job was completed in one week and involved a full decontamination and clean-up of a highly contaminated industrial site.
Our team cleaned all internal surfaces, including steel roofing, brick walls, and concrete floors, using approved chemical agents and HEPA-filtered vacuums. In addition to the surface cleaning, we were also responsible for removing all contents from the warehouse, as they were deemed contaminated and unsuitable for salvage.
This included organising the collection and crushing of a sports car that had been exposed to hazardous residue and could not be safely decontaminated.
All works were completed in line with meth remediation and hazardous waste handling standards, with full documentation provided to confirm site safety and compliance.
