Fire-Damaged Removal – ARC Projects Insurance Works

Fire damaged ceiling and duct removal following house fire

Project Categories

Precision Environmental was engaged by ARC Projects, acting on behalf of an insurer, to complete fire damage remediation works at 9 to 11 Keppler Circuit, Seaford. The property sustained extensive ceiling and duct damage following a fire event, with significant fire and soot impact across multiple areas.

Our scope included the removal of fire and soot damaged ceiling tiles across both ground and upper levels, strip out of internal partitions excluding kitchen and toilet areas, and dismantling of tenant contents where required. We also removed fire damaged mastic and residue from ductwork systems as part of the remediation works.

All fire affected materials were wrapped, labelled, and transported to an EPA licensed disposal facility. Works were completed using controlled work zones, HEPA filtered vacuums, and staged removal methods to ensure the site remained safe for surrounding occupants and follow on trades.

The job required careful sequencing with ARC Projects’ insurance program to meet access and program requirements, while maintaining full compliance with WorkSafe Victoria and EPA Victoria obligations. Upon completion, the site was handed back clean, safe, and ready for reinstatement works.
