Precision Environmental was engaged to carry out licensed asbestos and hazardous materials removal works at the Noble Park Fire Station in preparation for upcoming upgrades. The job was completed in one day and required a fast, compliant approach to avoid disruption to ongoing fire station operations.
Our scope included the removal of asbestos-containing wall tiles and floor tiles, the disposal of contaminated electrical switchboards, and the safe dismantling of an asbestos-affected urinal unit and heater. We also removed legacy asbestos billboard panels from the site.
All works were carried out under our Class B asbestos licence, using WorkSafe-compliant controls including PPE, exclusion zones, and waste tracking. The job was fully documented and cleared for re-entry by both Fire Services Victoria and their appointed builder.
